my child is 2yrs old she has this new thing were she wont eat now iam not sure if it could be a tooth coming in but its getting impossible to deal with she says she wants to eat then says no help

It's normal for 2 year olds to go through a phase where it seems like they eat nothing. For these guys you have to look at the nutrition value of what they eat over a week's period of time. 

At each meal your job is to be sure to offer them something nutritional. If they don't eat, don't panic. It's a phase, and they will certainly eat when they are hungry.

If you've ruled out medical problems with a visit or at the very least call to your pediatrician, then you could probably just relax. 

Make sure there's healthy food available to your child, but don't force it. Just make sure that she is eating healthy stuff and not filling up on junk.
